Executive Production

We produce the host and the team behind the show.
Every episode and its assets, reviewed every month.
Your hosting, guests, titles, clips and thumbnails.
All read against your numbers on every platform.
Direction for your team, a monthly call, and support between.

Why every episode

Every episode shows you how to grow.

Growth comes from getting every piece right, every week. We review every episode you publish and everything built around it, then show you exactly what to change: searchable titles, sharper taglines, better clip selection, stronger thumbnails, and how you host.

Every note is checked against your numbers across Apple, Spotify, YouTube, and Shorts. What pulled people in, what held them, and what let them scroll past.

It all lands in one Insight Engine report of actionable steps for you and your team, and a monthly call to turn it into direction. Month after month, the show is built to reach more people.

What you get

Every month: every episode reviewed, a written Insight Engine report, and a strategy call with Kurtis.

  • Every episode you publish reviewed by the team, up to five a month
  • Direction on optimizing your titles, taglines, clips, and thumbnails
  • A read on you and your guests: where a conversation opens up and where it closes down
  • A deep analytics read across Apple, Spotify, YouTube, and YouTube Shorts
  • Month-to-month trends: your numbers, your hosting, and the show, turned into next steps
  • An Insight Engine report your team can execute against
  • A monthly strategy and development call with Kurtis
  • Email and Slack support between calls

Who it's for

  1. Hosts who are serious about developing as a podcaster and want a team in their corner all month.
  2. Hosts who already have a production team and want them pointed in the right direction.
  3. Hosts who have outgrown one review a month and want the whole picture.

You need to be publishing weekly. That's the minimum we work with.

How it runs

  1. Discovery call.

We look at the show, confirm it's a fit, and agree your start month.

  2. Share your Drive.

Raw and produced files. Nothing to submit episode by episode.

  3. Set up analytics.

Viewer access to Apple, Spotify, and YouTube, or screenshots each month. We never ask for your password.

  4. Get your report.

By the 10th, covering the month before.

  5. Strategy call.

A monthly call with Kurtis, with email or Slack support in between.

  6. Get your summary.

A short post-call summary with your priorities for the month ahead.

This is executive production. We produce you and your team. We watch every episode and everything around it, and find the patterns a single review can't. We work on you as a host and on how your guests come across. We direct how the show is presented: titles, taglines, clips, thumbnails, branding and messaging. We read it all against your numbers on every platform. Your team gets a brief they can act on, you get a monthly strategy call, and we're in your corner between calls when something can't wait. Your team edits and publishes. If you'd rather we carried that too, that's Full Production, and it starts on the call.

Questions

Everything worth knowing

The questions worth asking before you start.

Before you start
How is this different from the Podcast Refinement Review?

Everything in the Refinement Review, across every episode and every asset you publish, up to five a month, plus email and Slack support between calls. Watching everything shows you what you keep doing, the habits and the moments that repeat, which is what moves a host fastest.

What is the Insight Engine?

It's where real listening meets real data. Every episode is reviewed in detail by our team, each through their own lens: as a listener, a producer, a content creator, a copywriter, and a designer. We combine those reviews with your analytics across Apple, Spotify, and YouTube, then run it all through the experience of the three people at the core of Podcraft Alchemy. What comes out is one report of actionable steps. Month after month, it tracks the patterns: what keeps working, and what keeps costing you.

How many episodes do you review?

Every episode you publish, up to five in a month. The offer is built around a weekly show.

I already have a production team. Does this still work?

Yes, and it's one of the strongest fits. We work alongside your team as an extra pair of eyes, an extra pair of ears, and another brain on every episode. The report tells your editors, copywriters, and designers what the show needs, so they're executing against a clear direction instead of guessing.

What support do I get between calls?

Email first, with Slack available for time-sensitive questions and the moments that can't wait for the monthly report. It's for real-time feedback and quick decisions, not for carrying the day-to-day production.

Does this include editing or production?

No editing. This is executive production: we produce you and your team, and your team edits and publishes. Editing, publishing, show notes, clips, graphics, and thumbnails are not included. If you want Podcraft producing the show as well, that's Full Production.

Will you grow my downloads?

That's the goal, and we work on it every episode. We review everything you publish, read the analytics, and give your team direction on titles, clips and thumbnails. We aim to see retention move first, usually within the first three months. Downloads build from there.

How do I cancel?

After the three-month minimum, give notice by the 1st of the month, by replying to any email or writing to kurtis@podcraftalchemy.com, and that month is your last. We'll confirm the dates and wrap things up properly.

It starts with a discovery call. We look at the show, confirm it's a fit, and agree your start month.
