Full Production

From recording to published episode.
Audio, video, clips, copy, and graphics.
Plus the host development behind it.

How we work

We produce the show. We develop the host.

Every month we produce four episodes from start to finish: the full audio and video edit, three short form clips per episode, titles written to be searched and to be felt, descriptions and chapters, caption files, covers, and thumbnails. Then we publish it all across Apple, Spotify, YouTube, and every major directory.

Before you record, we prepare you. Hosting frameworks for opening an episode and shaping a first question, photo briefs for you and your guests, and a head start: we help you get four weeks ahead and stay there, so there is always an episode ready to go.

After you record, every episode is reviewed by everyone on our team who touches it, alongside your numbers across Apple, Spotify, YouTube, and Shorts. That's where the coaching gets specific. We show you the exact four minutes where you lost them, and what the retention did. It all lands in one Insight Engine report and a monthly strategy call with Kurtis.

Questions

Everything worth knowing

The questions worth asking before you start.

Before you start
Is this for remote or in-studio recordings?

The $3,500 package is for remote recordings. Recording in a studio, or a mix of both, is a slightly different package. Book a call and we'll talk it through.

What is the Insight Engine?

It's where real listening meets real data. Every episode is reviewed in detail by our team, each through their own lens: as a listener, a producer, a content creator, a copywriter, and a designer. We combine those reviews with your analytics across Apple, Spotify, and YouTube, then run it all through the experience of the three people at the core of Podcraft Alchemy. What comes out is one report of actionable steps. Month after month, it tracks the patterns: what keeps working, and what keeps costing you.

Is this a podcast or a YouTube channel?

Both. We produce for both and treat the podcast as the centre with YouTube supporting it.

How long should episodes be?

We suggest 40 to 45 minutes to start, measured hit-record to hit-stop. That length keeps an episode about one thing, with two or three subtopics underneath it, which makes it findable, quotable, and finishable. If retention stays high, we build on it, and the length grows off the data rather than off a preference.

What if we want more than four episodes a month?

Four is what weekly looks like most months. Some months have five publishing days on your release day, and that's where a fifth comes from, from $700, flagged well ahead so the recording can be planned. It's the calendar, not an upsell.

Who owns everything?

You do. The show, the feed, the artwork, the assets, the channel. All of it. What doesn't transfer is our templates, SOPs and internal processes, which stay with us. Everything we produce for the show is yours.

Do you find sponsors for the show?

No, and on purpose. Your own offer, your products, your programs, your brand, is almost always worth more than an outside sponsor, and you keep all of it. So we build the show around what your business actually sells. If you still want outside sponsorship, we'll give your team everything needed to go after it.

Do you write our social posts?

We write the titles and descriptions for your YouTube Shorts, and give you SRT caption files so your team can reuse the text on every other platform. Your team shapes the posts from there, because they know how your audience talks.

What if my show is brand new?

Then it starts with a launch phase: from $2,500, a minimum of eight weeks, with four calls. We build the foundations before episode one: strategy and show architecture, format and structure, show identity, visual identity, technical and recording setup, content infrastructure, the production workflow, and analytics in place so there's a baseline from day one. Monthly production starts after that.

I'm with another provider. Can I move to you?

Yes. There's a transition phase where we move your show over from your current provider and set it up on our side. We'll walk you through what's involved on the discovery call.

How do I cancel?

After the three-month minimum, reply to any email, or write to kurtis@podcraftalchemy.com, with 30 days notice. We'll confirm your final month and wrap things up properly.

It starts with a discovery call. We look at the show, confirm it's a fit, and agree your start month.
