Podcast Insight Audit

One episode and its assets, reviewed.
We don't skim an AI transcript.
We listen, we look, we read, we assess.

The question

What does a successful show even look like?

Growth follows interest. Someone has to feel something before they stick around, and that comes from the conversation itself. No amount of clips, copy, or graphics fixes a show that isn't right, or a host who isn't on point.

You can't see this from inside your own show. Our producers, editors, and video content creators can. The audit tells you exactly what's working, what isn't, and the next step to take.

What you get

A written report built on our Insight Engine reviews, then a call with Kurtis.

  • What's working: the specific moments doing real work, and why
  • Where it loses strength: the specific moments losing the listener, and what's causing it
  • The tension to watch: one structural pattern running under the episode, named and explained
  • The assets: three clips, three pieces of copy, three graphics, read the same way as the episode
  • Where to start: the exact minutes of your own episode worth going back to, and why
  • The call: 45 minutes with Kurtis to walk it all through and agree the next steps

Who it's for

  1. Hosts with a published show who feel it's better than the numbers say.
  2. Hosts about to invest in growth who want to know the product holds before spending on reach.
  3. Hosts who've had plenty of praise and no honest, specific feedback.

You need a published episode. That's the only requirement.

How it runs

  1. Fill in the form.

Your episode link, your assets, and the question that's bothering you.

  2. We reply.

Within three business days you get your invoice, and we'll flag anything that's missing.

  3. The clock starts.

Once all assets are received and payment is made, your written audit arrives within seven business days.

  4. Book your call.

The report comes with a booking link for your 45 minutes with Kurtis.

The audit tells you what's working, what isn't, and how to fix it. Want us to fix it too? Ask on the call.

Questions

Everything worth knowing

The questions worth asking before you book.

Before booking
Can I choose which episode to submit?

Yes. We recommend submitting a typical episode rather than your best one. The goal is an honest read, not a review of your highlight reel.

What do I need to send you?

The episode and asset links (reels, posts, captions, newsletters), your show description, and any concern you want us to look at. On YouTube we'll pull the thumbnail, description, and shorts ourselves. Published content only.

Is this confidential?

Yes. Everything is completely confidential. Your episode, your assets, and your audit are not shared with anyone outside of Podcraft Alchemy.

Do you need access to my podcast hosting platform?

We may ask you to share analytics from your hosting platform. We will always ask you to provide that information directly, if needed. We will never ask for passwords or account access.

Does this include editing or production?

No. This is a review, not production. Editing, publishing, rewriting, and redesign are not included. What you get is a clear map of exactly what we'd fix and why.

How is this different from hiring a podcast coach?

A podcast coach works with you on your skills over time. This is a one-off, evidence-based review of a specific episode and the content built around it. You get a clear written read on what's actually happening in the show right now. Not general guidance, but specific findings from your real work.

Fill in the booking form: your episode link, your assets, and the question that's bothering you. We come back within three business days.
